Revisions to the State Maximum Allowable Cost (State MAC) Program for Multi-Source Prescription Drugs released from the Iowa Medicaid Enterprise (IME) are listed below. 

You may provide comments on these proposed changes to Anthony at apudlo@iarx.org to be included in comments from IPA back to IME before the proposed effective date listed below. 

Any pharmacy may request a Rate Review directly with Myers & Stauffer regarding their acquisition costs as compared to the State MAC rate by visiting their website or calling 1-800-591-1183.
