The Governor’s Office of Drug Control Policy (ODCP) and the Iowa Board of Pharmacy have approved these rules which have been published as a notice of intended action. Written comments may be submitted to Susie Sher at Susie.Sher@iowa.gov and Terry Witkowski at Terry.Witkowski@iowa.gov until April 27^th.
