Legislative Day
The annual Iowa Pharmacy Association Legislative Day serves
as the focal event of IPA's legislative advocacy and public policy efforts. Over
one hundred pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and student pharmacistsdeliver pharmacy's
message with enthusiasm and energy to their legislators during this annual event,
which is held every February. Following the program, which includes time for participants
to visit the Capitol, a legislative reception is held. Prior to the meeting,
IPA encourages participants to invite their representatives and senators to attend
the reception.
