Memorial Contributions to the Iowa Pharmacy Foundation

The Iowa Pharmacy Foundation provides an opportunity to honor the passing of a pharmacist or friend of pharmacy through memorial gifts.

These gifts may be of any amount and may be designated toward a specific program or their use may be left to the discretion of the Foundation Board of Directors.

The deceased’s family will be notified of all memorial gifts received by the Foundation. You will also receive a copy of the letter that is sent to the deceased’s family with the thank you letter for the gift.

At the time of death, families may want to suggest in the obituary that in lieu of flower donations, memorial gifts will be sent to the Iowa Pharmacy Foundation. The Foundation staff can work with the family to establish appropriate mechanisms for receiving such gifts.
