Honor Roll of Giving

The Iowa Pharmacy Foundation is pleased to announce its Annual Honor Roll of Giving. Throughout 2007, cash donations were compiled to determine the level of giving achieved. The Annual Honor Roll of Giving was established to recognize individuals and businesses who contribute more than $100 to the Foundation in a calendar year.

Platinum: $1,000

• Name will be printed in The Journal
• Name will be posted on banner at Expo/Annual Meeting
• Name listed on flier that is inserted into meeting packets
• Recognition certificate
• Individual recognition at Annual Meeting
• Free registration to Annual Meeting (the following year)

Gold: $500

• Name will be printed in The Journal
• Name will be posted on banner at Expo/Annual Meeting
• Recognition certificate will be issued
• Name listed on flier that is inserted into meeting packets
• Recognition certificate
• Individual recognition at Annual Meeting (Leadership Breakfast)

Silver: $250

• Name will be printed in The Journal
• Name will be posted on banner at Expo/Annual Meeting
• Name listed on flier that is inserted into meeting packets
• Group recognition at Annual Meeting (Leadership Breakfast)

Bronze: $100

• Name will be printed in The Journal
• Name will be posted on banner at Expo/Annual Meeting
• Name listed on flier that is inserted into meeting packets
• Group recognition at Annual Meeting (Leadership Breakfast)
