House of Delegates

The House of Delegates is IPA’s policy making body and is composed of members from across the state. Each year, the House of Delegates discusses and adopts policy based on the recommendations brought to it by standing committees and individual delegates.

President's Reception & Annual Banquet

The Annual Banquet is a celebration of the previous year for Iowa pharmacy. Following the inauguration of the incoming IPA President, the banquet will conclude with the presentation of IPA’s most prestigious awards.

Silent Auction

Following the Annual Banquet is the popular IPA Foundation Silent Auction to support the Foundation’s educational and student programs. In addition to bidding on an amazing selection of items, donated by our members, you may participate in the beer and wine ring toss, heads or tails, or the Red Envelope Challenge.

Poster Presentation

IPA’s poster presentation showcases original projects or research that advance the practice of pharmacy in Iowa. Posters are judged and the winner is presented with an award during the 2nd session of the IPA House of Delegates on Saturday morning. Submit a poster abstract here.
