The Facts Surrounding Administration of the New RSV Vaccines in Iowa Pharmacies
IPA has received many questions from members regarding RSV vaccines. Based on
current language within Iowa Statewide Protocols, pharmacists in Iowa do NOT have the authority to independently order and administer the two FDA-approved RSV vaccines (Abryvso and Arexvy). Pharmacists may administer RSV vaccines in Iowa pharmacies at this time ONLY IF one of two criteria is met.

PBM Complaint Results in $137,000 Backpay to IPA Member
