The Insight Scholarship was an award sponsored by the Iowa Pharmacy Foundation and AmeriSource and supported by the Iowa Pharmacy Association, Drake University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy. It was designed to recognize pharmacy student leadership and vision. Students write essays addressing timely topics and are awarded for their vision for the profession and ability to clearly articulate ideas and issues. It was discontinued in 2003, with Foundation dollars being shifted to other student support initiatives.
