**On Monday, May 17, 2021, HRSA released letters to the six pharmaceutical manufacturers (Eli Lilly, AstraZeneca, Novo Nordisk, Novartis, Sanofi, United Therapeutics) that have placed restrictions on deliveries to contract pharmacies, stating those restrictions are in violation of the 340B statute. HRSA stated the drug manufacturers must comply with its 340B statutory obligations. Read more at
