Iowa state regulations mandate that each licensed pharmacy maintain an updated and comprehensive reference library (155A.31). The Iowa Pharmacy Law & Information Resource Center (LIRC) (previously the Iowa Pharmacy Law Manual) is designed to help meet this requirement by providing access to an online database containing:

- Updates and analysis of recent regulatory changes
