IPA Refund Policy

Membership Dues: All membership dues payments are final.

Event Registration Fees: Registration fees for IPA events may be refunded in full, less a $25 administrative fee, up to 2 weeks prior to the event start date.  Fees will be refunded at 50%, less a $25 administrative fee, up to 3 days prior to the event date.  No refunds shall be made for cancelations requested less than 72 hours prior to the start of the event.

Publications and Subscriptions:  All publication and subscription purchases are final.  This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Iowa Pharmacy Law & Information Resource Center Subscription
  • Iowa MPJE Study Guide
  • TPV Toolkit
  • Test & Treat Toolkit
Other Purchases:
IPA customized or closeout apparel purchases are final.
