IPA offers student pharmacist members a broad range of benefits including information and education, professional development opportunities, and effective advocacy on issues affecting the profession of pharmacy. The opportunities student members gain from participation in IPA helps prepare them to be successful in whatever area of pharmacy they choose to practice.
Participation in IPA helps students shape the future of pharmacy and develop professionally through:
IPA Student Membership costs $80 for P1-P4 students, regardless of what year a student joins. Student membership covers up to the full four years of their professional education. Students receive a promo code with their membership to be applied toward registration for an IPA professional event. To join IPA online, click here. Drake and University of Iowa pharmacy students should check with their respective schools for special enrollment processes before joining.
